[This isn't the first time Tao has run off on her own somewhere, nor is it the last; that much Ragna is sure of. Really, he's this close to leaving her behind in Kagutsuchi, but the truth is doing so would make him feel pretty bad. As such, he decided to at least look around for the Kaka before ditching her. That way, he can convince his conscience there was an attempt and tell it to piss off. There. That's a great plan.

So if he was the ever-hungry fleabag without a single platinum dollar, where would he go to in order to beg for food? Aside from himself, obviously...
