Charity grew up learning about wizardry and magic from her father. She went to muggle school for a bit on account that her parents were usually busy working and they thought she needed to be around other kids. Growing up she was very outgoing and opinionated. She was popular and a bit of a dare-devil. This went on up until she was about eight years old when she met a boy by the name of Justin Jones whom she developed a giant crush on. When she learned that he preferred the quiet, demure type of girl she set off to be more like that. This lead her to be a bit more reserved and it marked the start of her being a bookworm. Being alone at home a lot of the time, she quickly grew to love books. The following year, Justin moved. The personality stuck.

Her mother, being a pastry chef, decided Charity needed to learn how to cook. As such Charity became an excellent cook by the time she turned twelve. She's particularly good at baking but much prefers that her mother's food. Her father book-taught Charity about magic as much as he could. Everyone was incredibly excited when Charity's letter from Hogwarts came in. She doesn't really have friends but she can put names and faces together. Though she's never really talked to anyone outside of Hufflepuff because they're 'scary'. Sixth year proved to be the year where everything changes.
